Context
TransferGo had 4 different versions of the app (Web, Mobile, Android, iOS)
Different by all means: UI elements, flows, copy... all different
We supported transfers from 30+ countries, to over 100 countries. That makes over 3000 user flows, that might differ in methods, compliance requirements, limits, etc.
It had to be simplified. But how?
Solution
First I did inventory of the screens in production. Then I grouped all UI elements by their function.
What I did not realize before this exercise, that we have a lot of lists. Like A LOT. So what if we can use the same component for all list items?..
